Guth Projects - There is a common question many homeowners ask themselves, "should I move or should I renovate".  Ms. Guth's answer came easy.  She has lived in this home for many years, she loves the area, she's close to work, she's close to entertainment and it was the home in which her children grew up.  So for her it was simple, she wanted to make this home a place for her to live for the rest of her life.  Her project incorporated many phases of construction;  a dining room addition, a large screened in patio area, a state of the art kitchen, a bathroom one would find in a magazine, and a home that is energy effecient to today's standards.  This was accomplished by installing a HYBRID heating system, insulating the entire home and upgrading the homes entry doors. This project started on August 15, 2009 so there is a lot of work to go, but please stop back to see the progress our staff has made to date.

Schankel Bathroom -  Mr. and Mrs. Schankel called Lifetime because they had a major problem with their shower.  It had leaked so bad that it damaged the floor and walls.  So we came to just replace the shower, then the Schankels decided it was time for a makeover.  The only real issue the Schankels wanted to address was the Linen space.  So our designers went to work and WOW what a make over.


Kickline Bathroom Renovation - Mr. and Mrs. Kicklines' project was to renovate the bathroom completely.  The homeowners felt it had a poor design from the time it was built and the focus on the project was to open the room up to become more spacious.  We removed the whirlpool tub and installed a large walk in shower.  We added a needed linen cabinet and increased the size of the vanity.  Finish this bathroom off with a ceramic tile floor and the transformation was complete.


Home Show - Each year Lifetime Services participates in the home show.  We try to offer our clients a taste of what our company can do in Construction, HVAC, Plumbing and Energy Management.  It's also an oppurtunity to give back to those who have made our company successful.  This fall show we had a christmas theme featuring Santa Clause.  Hopefully all the children had an oppurtunity to meet SANTA.  Remember kids and big kids Santa is watching.  We also built a full bathroom that is one of our specials this month.  It display a taste of what could be in your home in just over a week.  Including imported tiles, MOEN Faucets, and so much more.  Our setup time was three days, so if we can do this in three days just imagine what we can do for you.


Baumer Project - This homeowner was completely renovating this room.  When we first looked at it it was down to the studs and in need of some TLC.  Exactly what Lifetime Services did, we installed insulation to make it more energy efficient, install two windows to accent the fireplace, hung and finished the drywall, install all the millwork and finished it off with a custom entertainment center.  You be the judge, but i think this was a HUGE SUCCESS!!


Evanish Home Renovation - Prior to Lifetime completing the work on this project the homeowner was concerned that the building was going to colapse.  Years of neglect from previous owners made this outbuilding a breeding ground for bats and it was infested with mold.  The project was to complete a rehab on the out building and enclose the large rear porch.  The homeowner needed to remove the hundreds of bats that made this building home.  From the photos you can see the amazing transformation.  The outbuilding is now an in-home office and the screened in patio has now given the homeowner a place to relax and entertain.  This project was an amazing transformation that we are all proud of.


Hometown America - When an unexpected emergency arises no matter what the time or day, you can count on Lifetime Services to be there.  This particular emergency was a broken and clogged sewer line that left the home virtually uninhabitable.  Thankfully the homeowner lives in Little Wolf Village and they have the backing of a quality owner Hometown America.  The acted immediatly and when a quality company wants a job done correctly they call Lifetime Services.  We were able to repair this sewer line and make the problem disappear.
